Iced Nutella coffee? It is probably one of my favourite iced coffee drinks I have ever had! It could be in part that I was hungry, roasting coffee and I was super hot due to a blazing hot Manitoba day. It was so delicious it could be called dessert. But seriously you must try it! Here is the hot version recipe and all you have to do is pop it in the fridge for about 6 hours.
3/4 cup of fresh beans (grind size was right between auto drip and French press. So not fine but not to course.)
I used the pour over method using 3 cups of water.
Then pour your coffee into a glass container that can handle heat (Pyrex) and stir in 1/2 cup of Nutella.
Then top with whipping cream and caramel sauce.
Mini donuts would pair wonderful with this drink We bought a deep fryer during quarantine. Not sure that was the wisest plan but we have been loving having deep fried treats around here!
